SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

We hope you love your purchase from the many brands we stock at Pooch Luxury.
If you find your purchased item doesn’t fit, the style doesn’t suit your pooch or if you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide you with a store credit so that you can find an alternative size or product.
All faulty items will be replaced, if replacements are not available, they will be refunded. All other returns and exchanges will be offered a store credit.
For returns and exchanges, please include the “Return Form” supplied with your original order.
Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returns need to be shipped within 14 days of receipt via return post for a Store Credit. Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense and items must be:
- Not used or worn
- Are not soiled, absorbed dog smells or covered in dog hair
- Have no pulled threads
- Returned in the original packaging and condition
- Pet toys are not returnable
Items purchased with a discount code, clearance and marked down or during a sale are not eligible for a return or exchange. These are final sale items so please choose carefully.
A Pooch Luxury store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a Gift Card. The Gift card will reflect the value of the originally purchased price of the goods. If items are returned from your original purchase and you qualified for free shipping a shipping fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your store credit to cover shipping fees for your original order.
We recommend you send the parcel back with a trackable service as we are unable to guarantee that we will receive the parcel back and do not take any responsibility for lost items.
Store Credit
Store credit is emailed as a Gift Card and can only be used at www.poochluxury.com.au.
Store credit can only be used on the original account of purchase and cannot be transferred
Any additional costs such as a higher dollar value item can be paid for through our ordering
portal.
If we are unable to provide you with the products on your repurchase we will contact you if this should occur.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or discounted/sale items. We do not refund if an items does not fit your pooch. We have many products from around the world with different size guides, please follow them to get the best fit for your pooch.
We are happy to provide a store credit for replacement if your item doesn’t fit your pooch.
Faulty Item
We stock quality products from around the world made from high quality and durable materials, however they are not indestructible. We will replace an item if you have experienced a problem. We are unable to take responsibility for any injury or loss caused by the use or misuse of any of our products supplied.
Please inspect all items for wear prior to use. If you have experienced a problem, please email us at enquiries@poochluxury.com.au with details and a photo of the issue.

SECTION 2 - CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
SECTION 7 - COOKIES
Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.
_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
