You have measured your pooch and read each individual size chart for the product/s you are purchasing. We stock many brands and designs from around the world and sizes do vary, even within the brand.
Discount codes are not valid on Pablo & Co's collaboration items such as Disney, Pixar, Star Wars and Rug Rats. Discount codes are not valid on items already discounted.
You understand that Australia Post is out of our control and you agree to their shipping terms: https://auspost.com.au/service-updates/domestic-service-updates
We are only a small business, so please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched.
Pooch Luxury is unable to take responsibility for sizing issues. Please read carefully each size guide for the specific product before placing your order. If in doubt, please email us with your dog's neck and chest measurements before purchasing.
Please take care to enter the correct postal address when you order. If a parcel comes back to Pooch Luxury marked 'return to sender' the buyer must pay the same postage fee to get the item re-delivered to them again.
Once your order is placed, unfortunately we are unable to cancel/refund due to our quick processing times. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us ASAP at enquiries@poochluxury.com.au.

If a product needs to be returned or exchanged, the return shipping cost will be at the customer's expense and items must be unused and in its original condition. Please do not return your parcel marked "return to sender" as we will be charged and this expense will be passed on.
Price adjustments or partial refunds will not be provided if you have placed an order for a full priced item and the product is on sale the following day or week.
For a return or exchange you will be provided with a store credit for the amount of the item that you have paid for at the time of placing the order. When re-ordering your exchange or return for a different product you will pay additional costs, such as shipping or a higher dollar value if the item is different or back at the original price (not on sale).
Pooch Luxury will email you a Gift Card with a code for a store credit. This can be used to repurchase another size or a different product.
At Pooch Luxury we stock many brands that are made from high quality and durable materials, however they are not indestructible. If you have a product that is defective, please send us an email.
Please ensure that you inspect all items prior to use or wearing. We are unable to take responsibility for any injury or loss caused by the use or misuse of the product we stock.
