We are a West Australian based company and ship only within Australia.

Orders under $150.00 - $8.95 Parcel Post

Orders over $150.00 - Free Post

Bulky / Heavy Orders - Additional $12.00 freight cost

*Bulky / Heavy items from Pooch Luxury are beds and teepees.

Any returns or exchanges you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

PRE-ORDERS

All pre-order items are shipped altogether once the pre-order arrives. If there is a delay with the pre-order of more than 3 weeks we will ship your main order separately. No additional postal costs if the pre-order is delayed and sent separately.

At Pooch Luxury we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns and exchanges.The returns need to be shipped within 30 days of purchase via return post for an exchange or refund. 

Products for refund or exchange must be unused and not worn.
Items must be in original condition as purchased and all labels attached.
Items must be free of dog hair, must not e soiled or have absorbed dog smells.
Sweaters must have no pulled threads.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund by original method of payment, will be processed within 10 days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at poochluxury@gmail.com.

Sale Items
Sale items, however are final sale, and are unable to be returned for refund, credit or exchange for wrong decision or change of mind.

Exchanges
If you have purchased an incorrect size, we are happy to exchange the item. Additional postal charges apply, so please choose carefully. Please include a prepaid post bag (parcel or express) with tracking number. Please email karen@poochluxury.com.au with details of your exchange and return with your refund/exchange slip provided at delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
